Terms of Service between You
and the EzFind Web Design Directory

Here is the terms of service agreement for listing in the EzFind Web Design Directory:

1. You are listed in the EzFind Web Design Directory at the sole discretion of the EzFind Web Design Directory.

2. You will be delisted from the EzFind Web Design Directory if the EzFind Web Design Directory feels that your site is no longer a web design site offering web design services.

3. You will be delisted from the EzFind Web Design Directory if your site is down for more than 60 days.

4. Listings and the wording of listings are subject to the editoral discretion of the EzFind Web Design Directory.

5. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without notice to you.

6. You must agree to these terms to be listed and to remain listed in the EzFind Web Design Directory.
